Project Information

Dot architecture were approached to appraise this residential sites. Initially, a single dwelling on a large plot, we looked at the possibility of demolishing the original house and replace with four large and exciting dwellings. After taking the appraisal to a more detailed design stage, it looked as a viable option for the site, and full planning permission was applied for and duly granted. The design concept was to follow the consistent form of neighbouring properties increasing the glazed elements overlooking the sea.
