Project Information

This scheme on Powell Road in Poole was originally three dwellings on large but difficult plots. Our application was to demolish the existing dwellings and take advantage of some of the height available on the site. The sloping site and tall neighbouring properties ensured there was scope to go to 4 storeys. The design of the dwellings maximised views, floor area and amenity space. The look was contemporary, but with a nod to the local setting and clad in Purbeck stone and render
