House remodel and extension

This house was purchased due to its excellent location and its access to a communal paddock between 15 houses. The house itself is the last to go through renovation in a Cul de Sac that has seem progressive renovation over the years. Our client wanted to see the house become something that replicates their love of the New England Style. The proposal was to take the roof up to enable more space in on the first floor, enabling all bedrooms to be upstairs. The ground floor was opened up to have large exciting and light spaces.
