This site in Hinton Road, in Bournemouth was most recently used as a nightclub.

The original building was added to and changed over many years, and as such there was very little of the original building left to salvage. Dot architecture managed to achieve several consents on the site, first for commercial spaces on the ground floors and residential flats above. More recent applications were for student bedrooms.

The site is constrained on all 4 sides, and the process of getting onto site has been through numerous design team meetings between contractor, structural engineer, building control, client and QS to ensure that nothing has been missed. On site now, expecting to see 102 student bedrooms and café in early 2018.
