So, straight into February and we are cracking on with the usual here at Dot. Friday saw the approval of 3 Luxury Townhouses on the very popular location of Alton Road in Poole. Currently a detached family home in need of refurbishment, our scheme was for the demolition with a rebuild for three contemporary townhouses that take advantage of the very difficult site.

During the application, the planning officer insisted on some changes to make it something they could approve, so working alongside the guys at Pure Town Planning we were quick, and able to address any concerns during the application, saving everyone involved time and money.
